Sponsorship Details

The GRASP annual meeting is funded primarily by corporate sponsorship and registration fees paid by student and professional attendees. Contributors to previous GRASP symposia have included major pharmaceutical companies, niche manufacturers, and generic drug manufacturing houses.

The major costs for organizing this meeting are as follows:

         Accommodation for attendees
         Welcome Reception
         Food and refreshments during the conference
         Gala reception
         Conference facilities
         Conference materials and souvenirs
         Awards

Based on the costs of previous meetings the total cost of hosting this meeting in June 2006 is projected to be $60,000.

Acknowledgement of funding

Depending on the amount of funding sponsors will be acknowledged as follows;

Platinum sponsor- $10,000 and above:
An acknowledgement slide displayed before and after every event and a banner displayed at the registration area and on the GRASP 2006 website.

Gold sponsor -$5,000 – $9,999:
Acknowledgement at the event sponsored and a banner displayed during the event.

Silver sponsors $2,000-$4,999:
Acknowledgement at the start of the conference and in the proceedings booklet.

Bronze sponsors below $2,000:
Acknowledgement at the end of the conference and in the proceedings booklet.

Platinum and gold sponsors will also be invited to put up promotional booths during the conference. All contributors are welcome to provide branded items and promotional literature for distribution to attendees.
